Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once processed, orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase — no hidden surprises.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a tracking number by email within 5 business days of placing order, but are also available upon request after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. NeeDoh Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@needohcube.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number and a photo of any damage when contacting us.
